Everyone is aware that cats like chasing, hunting, killing, and playing with mice. The majority of cat toys are even shaped like mice. If you have ever witnessed a cat stalk and pounce on one of these mouse toys, then you are aware of the hunting skills your cat possesses, despite being born in confinement.

Mice are not the only sort of animal that cats like killing. Several cat owners have tales of their feline companions bringing them dead birds as a tribute.

Yet, birds and mice are fairly little creatures. Cats are considerably larger than mice and birds, but would they still attack, kill, and consume larger animals? How about a bunny, for example?

The reality is that cats like hunting and killing. They even engage in cruel games with their recently captured captives. You can bet that if a cat has the opportunity to kill a rabbit, it will do so.
